Firefox Throttle is a small plug-in for your favorite Web Browser, that allows you to cap download/upload rates and monitor current bandwidth utilization.

It is the first application ever published at UselessApplications.com.  As most of the applications listed and hosted at UselessApplications.com it is FREE and of no interest to most people.
